Spring Ridge Development, LLC has suspended sales and development operations for its Spring Ridge community, effective immediately. All purchasers at the Spring Ridge Community will receive a full refund of their deposit.

While the Spring Ridge Development, LLC still believes strongly in the long-term viability of the community, the current regional and national economic conditions make it necessary to reassess the timing of bringing the community to the marketplace. Spring Ridge Development, LLC looks forward to the opening of the new international airport and will continue to monitor and reevaluate economic conditions of the region
